Do you offer any promotions or discounts?
We quote the lowest price we can offer and we’re confident you won’t find a like for like product at less cost, anywhere in the UK.
Can I cancel or change my order after it’s been placed?
Once manufacturing has started, we are unable to accept cancellations or alterations to the order. Please thoroughly review your design and specifications before confirming.
Can I purchase additional accessories or items separately?
You will soon be able to buy everything that you’ll need for your brand new kitchen but for now we can recommending and guide you in the right direction.
Do you offer a guarantee or warranty on your kitchen cabinets?
Yes — we provide a 3-year guarantee on materials and workmanship under normal use, unless otherwise specified. This excludes damage from misuse, modifications, poor installation, or external causes beyond our control. See our terms and conditions for more information
How do I place an order for my kitchen?
There are two ways. You can either place your order on online or by contacting us direct.
What happens once I have placed my order?
Sit back and relax and start to prepare your space for the arrival.
Are your designs and materials protected?
Yes. All designs, drawings, specifications, and marketing materials remain our property (or that of our licensors). You must not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without our written permission.
What information do I need to provide when ordering my kitchen?
We simply need to know what cabinets and accessories you’d like to order. We leave it to you to design and decide on the cabinets that will make up your kitchen. We are always willing to help with your choice or any technical questions.
Delivery and Collections
Is my order delivered or should I arrange collection
Yes we can deliver at an additional cost to your order.
Can I collect my order
Absolutely, Orders can be collected from our Cotswolds workshop by arrangement.
Can I change collection/delivery date?
Yes, we understand schedules can change we can delay manufacture or hold on to your stock order by arrangement for a short period of time
What happens if my order is damaged on delivery
Accidents happen and we will work with you to ensure you are happy with your order
What happens if parts are missing, damaged, or incorrect?
Upon delivery (or collection), inspect every item. If you find anything that is missing, damaged, or not what you ordered, notify us in writing within 7 days. We will arrange for repair, replacement, or credit as appropriate, so long as the issue isn’t caused by incorrect installation or misuse.
What is your delivery timeline for bespoke designs
We make everything to order, and we quote 8-10 weeks from confirmation of order, but at the time of your order we’ll be able to give you accurate information about when your order will be ready for collection.
When will my stock order be delviered
We aim to deliver stock orders with 3-5 working days

Will my cabinets arrive ready to use?
Yes — all cabinets are precision-built and supplied ready to paint or finish. You will receive them fully assembled (or in fitted panels depending on your design) and carefully packaged to maintain their integrity in transit.
What kind of wood is used in your cabinets?
We use only solid hardwoods and tulipwood for our cabinet fronts and frames for these we never use MDF or chipboard, MDF is reserved only for flat panels and décor ends . The materials we use provide longevity, structural stability, and superior aesthetics — ensuring lasting strength, stability, and a premium finish throughout every installation.
Why aren’t the cabinets painted already?
By supplying them ready to paint, you retain the freedom to choose custom colours and finishes tailored to your interior scheme or to colour match existing cabinets. We can recommend trusted paint brands, colours, and sheens to ensure a flawless result.
How do I prepare my stock cabinets before painting
Our cabinets stock cabinets will require priming before painting, Simply ensure that the surface is free of any marks and dust prior to application.

Very little preparation is needed because the cabinets will already have been given their initial undercoat. Simply ensure that the surface is free of any marks and dust prior to final top coat applications.
How is it best to paint my cabinets

What do I need to do when the cabinets arrive?
- Inspect immediately: Before installation, check each unit for any transit damage or defects.
2. Acclimatise: Let the cabinetry acclimatize in your home’s environment for 24–48 hours (in an interior, dry room).
3. Prepare surfaces: Sand and clean surfaces where needed (follow our finishing guidelines).
4. Prime or seal: Use suitable primers or sealing undercoats if you’re applying paint.
5. Apply finish: Paint, oil, or lacquer according to the recommended method.
6. Final joinery / installation: Once finished, handle and install with care.
How should I care for my painted cabinetry?
- Clean with a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent — never abrasive cleaners.
- Avoid excessive moisture (spills should be wiped promptly).
- Regularly dust and maintain to preserve the finish.
- For natural wood finishes, apply maintenance oil or polish as recommended.
Can I request colour matching to existing cabinetry?
Although we do not offer a colour matching service, if you provide photos, samples, or paint codes, and we’ll work to help you match the hue, sheen, and undertone as precisely as possible.
What if I spot a defect after finishing?
If you believe there’s a structural or material defect that falls under our guarantee (excluding finish wear, misuse, or environmental damage), follow our Guarantee Policy. Before finishing is best — defects discovered after painting are harder to rectify under warranty.
Can you install my cabinets
We don’t offer a fitting service for stock items. However, bespoke cabinets can be fitted by arrangement.
