Every Malvern is made to the client's brief
What follows is the standard Malvern specification, not a fixed product. The shell, chassis, arched roof and external proportions are the fixed part of the design. Everything inside it is open.
Layout. The wet room can move to either end or be dropped entirely, the kitchen run can be lengthened or swapped to the opposite wall, the bed can run lengthways or across, and the door can be moved along the side or put in a gable. Partitions, openings and the window schedule are all set out to suit the plan the client wants.
Materials. Cladding colour, joinery timber, linings, worktops, flooring, ironmongery, sanitaryware and heating are all specified to the client's choice. Oak throughout is the standard shown here; painted linings, ash, larch and douglas fir are all available, as are alternative cladding colours from the full corrugated range.
Drawings are reissued against the agreed brief before manufacture. Dimensions shown here are the standard build and will change with the chosen layout.
